Honestly as a mourinho fan even I was sure that Roma was going to lose this game. Atalanta are a fantastic team way above roma in recent years. They ironically won 4-1 against roma last season in that stadium. This is incredible. Mourinho's first masterclass in that club. Now please roma board help Jose get rid of some players in January and replace them with a couple of players and I guarantee you the 2nd half of the season will be a success. Those players are starting to fight for him clearly

Also can we talk about how The Roma system under Jose is actually attacking football. Ironically today was probably his most defensive game of the season . Even in defeats Roma usually has more possession and more shots than the opponent . They also score pretty much every game this season. If this was a 40 year old up and coming manager there would be a bunch of videos about how this roma manager plays forward football

@@angeltorres9563 Zappata disallowed goal was rubbish by the VAR officials they apologised to Gasperini after the match for getting it completely wrong. At that stage Atalanta would of been 2-2 the game would of been alot different.

Roma need to fight. I havent seen this season that kind of fighting from them. They need consistence now. A must win next Sampdoria. Forza Roma Forza Jose !

I don´t believe Spurs has a Mou team, Roma definitely also lacking in a few positions before I would call it a Mou team. Mou Team= At least 8 extremely hard working players, preferably with pace ... with room for 2 jokers.

I just wish Jose gets time with Roma to actually build something....

Finally Roma finishing their chance 🤷🏾‍♂️. Normally gotta miss at least 5 opportunities to score 1 goal.

Abraham has scored 12 goals for Roma so far and the season is halfway, yet some people at Roma feel like they overpaid Chelsea for his services.

Jose basically ordered the team v Inter to conserve energy for the next 4 more important, but winnable, matches before xmas- especially with 5/6 1st team players out and an unfortunate early Inter corner goal. Result so far 3/3 wins. This season is a marathon journey for a squad in construction and with so many young players lacking experience - but the spirit/fight is there in SPADES. Importantly, the players are listening to Jose's instructions. I was confident the players would put in a great performance like v Napoli/Juve/Milan but a win was hopeful! Jose loves winning matches where he is the clear underdog!!

I love Jose Mourinho ❤. The only reason football is exciting to watch for me.

Congratulations Roma, we are wonderful respect from Milan fan ✋👏

The man hasn’t changed. He was and still is a pragmatic coach. His team will control the game based on quality of the opponent and the organisation of the defense. This game against Atalanta for example, it is more counter attack based system than an offensive one, as he usually employ against teams that are strong and in-form.

He's a natural CAM not RM/RW. It's tough bc Pelligrini is being played as CAM.

Atlanta had 71% possession and 500+ passess while Roma only had 29% possession and 200 passes. The difference is out of 8 shots Roma had 5 on target and 4 goals. Typical Classical Counter Attacking Mourinho. This was lession to those possession football lovers

Cus Smalldini is finished by English standards. Playing in Roma also lowers his chances. Maguire is prone to commit mistakes, but I think ppl would rather play him than Smalling cus he plays for Manchester United and in the EPL.
