Barca and Real are not fan of a player who are fit for only 50% of the games per season and more importantly: who doesn´t deliver in the CL.

I really wish we kept Tammy at Chelsea, but I'm glad to see he's flourishing under Jose "The Special One" Mourinho. Also, Dybala, what a beast. I started to doubt his ability in his last months at Juventus, but recent performances have proved me wrong. Hope it lasts, because he'd be a brilliant player for Argentina as well.

I don't think it's really the defense that's bad necessarily. More the midfield than anything, but not in terms of quality, but in getting the play forward and committing. And Cristante needs to retire because he barely shows up as a consistent CDM.

@@jardanivito u are spot on about Cristante but what they need to work in is their finishing, they are creating the chances but the finishing is just off, this will cost them when or if the get to a final because finals are usually tight and chances a few

Before Ronaldo came, Dybala was a Juventus superstar, when Ronaldo came, Dybala had a sense of envy especially with the salary. that's why he keeps insisting on asking for a high salary because he feels he is equal to ronaldo. DYbala also had to go to Rome, because there was no club who wanted to ask for his hand with the demands of the salary he wanted, came to Rome, cut his salary almost in half. It's only natural that he suddenly plays well in ROMA, because if he doesn't do well, it will be difficult for him to ask for a salary increase in the future.

With FFP restrictions, our squad will remain as is until at least the next transfer window. It's pointless match after match being critical of certain players - and sometimes we lose perspective and attack when such players were quite serviceable. Cristante, is used often due to his worth as a tall player in set pieces both offensively and defensively. In this match, he performed well in these areas. Until we are able to purchase one or two more dynamic midfielders why bother complaining?

@@ASAPHMARK All these clubs have struggled and lost points in multiple matches already - so no team currently is showing unbeatable form. With European competition in full swing, Inter, Napoli and Milan having to play CL teams in this compressed schedule will provide Roma with some advantage competing against lesser quality sides in EL. Statistically, if we took our chances (based on xG) we would be leading the competition. Currently, we are converting LESS goals than we actually create whilst our direct opponents are scoring MORE goals than they create. With Zaniolo back now, he adds additional firepower. Bellotti and Camara will be further improved both physically and tactically. And not forgetting both Zalewski and SES returning shortly to further boost our bench options. Exciting times ahead - you need to be more optimistic if your a Roma fan. I'll be happy watching our development as our objective is Top 4.

Ludogorets is a team that has experience in the Europa League. They have qualified for Europa before. Roma did lose against them but it's not a disaster. JM used that match to experiment with his team. I think he should have kept the 1st GK in the team, I think the 2nd GK was the weak link in that match along with Roma being unlucky in their attacks. I predict Roma will crush ludogorets at home, maybe 4-0.

Empoli deserved more, so many chances created. Dybala saved Roma, nice to see him doing well.

Kinda reminds me of Rooney, Gerrard, Beckham and Lampard for England. They were always in red hot form and banging in the goals in matches against Luxembourg, Greece, Albania and Finland but not so much against Argentina, France, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Germany, etc, etc.
