He is always trying to be the hero. Then Rrahmani has returned to the days when he forgets that he is a defender and holds the ball for too long or tries to score because he feels he played a part in the opponent's goal.

I'm someone that likes to be very certain that I'm correct when arguing controversial discussions such as this your allegation but unfortunately I agree with you on this. Even during their championship winning season of last year, I lost count of the several matches I observed that there's a pattern where his teammates were not supporting him enough with passes. It was crazy! And my thought was - if Osimhen was scoring so often despite being poorly supported by teammates, then Napoli don't realise the damage they are inflicting on themselves.
